COMPANY OVERVIEW: Since 1993 we digitized, classified, indexed and deployed documents from all sources, delivering over two billion images for hundreds of clients in the public and private sectors. Our public clientele includes Cities, Counties, Police Departments, School Districts, Universities and Federal Agencies.

We are fully self-sufficient and rarely use subcontractors, although we frequently acted as subcontractors for larger prime vendors. We own all intellectual property for a vast collection of software programs developed by our staff to run internal production and for custom production lines at client sites.

We have pioneered several industry innovations through the years, including: Streamlined hybrid-site capture production workflow ( Telescan), efficient microfiche digitization, efficient roll microfilm digitization, A/P mailroom automation support, Smart Video Inventory, Intelligent search of PDF collections, thorough QC and more.

ISA’s principals evolved from IT experts in the 70’s to imaging software developers in the 80’s to document capture production experts in the 90’s. We developed a vast set of methodologies and software tools, which provide unprecedented automation to the challenges of document capture.

Incorporated as Integrated Scanning of America, Inc. (“C” Corp) in 1993, ISA was sold to the Crowley Corporation in 2015, then bought back a year later and incorporated as Isausa, Inc. dba Integrated Scanning of America (“S” Corp) in 2016.

Natural and man-made disasters, along with the irreversible shift to remote working, made digitization of physical records crucial. There are many success stories about gains in competitiveness and efficiencies thanks to digitization, only surpassed by the number of horror stories about keeping physical records. Our proven methodologies and technology make it affordable, accurate and safe.

Since 1993, ISAUSA has digitized over 2 billion images from paper, bound books, large drawings, microfilm, microfiche and aperture cards for hundreds of clients

No other service bureau is so uniquely qualified to offer both high quality and low cost. We have accomplished this unprecedented combination of benefits by developing sophisticated technology based on decades of imaging and production oriented expertise.

Our creative production lines are capable of meeting any challenge for any size job. We customize them to perfection for each and every project, so you can enjoy both low cost and high quality.

Our plant in Newbury Park, CA is equipped with top of the line, state of the art resources. We are fully self-sufficient, so we use no subcontractors for any of our production lines.
