Your computer generated reports should no longer produce paper or microfilm. COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) technology overwhelmingly demonstrated indisputable advantages that translate into:
- Dramatic cost reductions, fast cost justification (weeks or months).
- Improved customer service, instant retrieval, unlimited search.
- Improved document distribution, workflow. Shared, controlled access.
- Enhanced analytical tasks, data extraction, analysis, export capabilities.
Our Report2CD service starts with your computer "printing" your regular reports not to paper, but to a file instead. This file is submitted to our facility, where we perform all QC, indexing and publishing on CD. A single CD may hold months or even years of cycle reports, with hundreds of thousands of pages each. You may elect to retrieve completely off the CDs regularly delivered to you, or consolidate their data with yours, to fit your strategies. Retrieved pages may be viewed, printed or faxed from your station. Data may be overlaid with "preprinted" forms, electronically stored.
The service is offered in three options:
- Off-site service
- Facilities Management
- Contract-to-Own
Service Options - Report2CD
Off-site service: Your "printed" files are submitted to Isa in the form of an electronic(modem) transfer, tape, disk or other suitable media. We will perform all conversion, indexing, QC and publishing at our plant and regularly deliver finished, retrievable CD ROMs to you.
Facilities Management: The entire process is performed at your site. No data ever leave your premises. Options available include: Our staff or yours, lease, rent, purchase, buy-back, and obsolescence guarantee.
Contract-to-Own: We perform part of the conversion as a combination of any of the above options. Once the production line has been setup and proven to work to perfection to satisfy your needs based on the nature of your documents, you may elect to purchase a scaled-down or identical system. The system consists of hardware, software, documentation and training.
