As you need to retrieve your records is access to the 'NET. We scan or digitize your records on demand and publish them on your intranet or the Web. We do all the dirty work, including QC, indexing, tagging, image repair/enhancement, administration of databases, backup/recovery, hardware and software maintenance, license management, jukebox management, committal, posting, formatting, user support and training, updates, etc. Once a record has been processed, it is transfered electronically to you, where you may optionally assign a retention period to it. You may view, print, fax, email these images. Once captured on demand, you have immediate access on your own for the duration of the assigned retention period. Do yourself and the planet a big favor: do not EVER file a printed copy!... recycle instead.
